Service: AI readiness assessment

Where AI fits in your business, in writing, before you spend more.

Based in Clackamas, Oregon. Remote across the United States.

An AI readiness assessment answers one question: where would AI actually save your business time or money, and where would it not? You get a working session and a written plan with three opportunities ranked by impact and effort, and a clear first step.

It costs $600, paid up front, and everything you pay is credited toward your first implementation project if you start it within 60 days. The report is yours either way: do it yourself, hire us, or hire someone else.

$600, paid up front. One-time. Everything you pay is credited toward your first implementation project if you start it within 60 days of the audit.

What you get.

First, a short questionnaire, so the session starts with what you already use and where the time goes. Then a 60-minute working session: your tools, your processes, and the work that eats the week.

Within five business days, a written report: what we saw, three specific opportunities ranked by impact and effort, and a recommendation for what to tackle first, with a rough cost for it. Written so you can hand it to whoever does the work.

Why it costs less than the ones you've seen.

A readiness assessment from a consulting firm usually runs into the thousands, and comes with weeks of interviews and a long slide deck. For a business with a handful of people, most of that is overhead. This one is sized for an owner-run business: one session, one report, and a starting point you can act on the next week.

It is also honest about the answer. If AI is the wrong tool for what is slowing you down, the report says so, and says what would help instead.

If the report misses the mark.

Tell us, and we redo it. The point is a plan you can use, not a document that sits in a folder.

FAQ

Questions about the AI readiness assessment.

How is this different from the free consult?
The free consult is a conversation to see whether we're a fit and whether AI is even the right answer. The assessment is structured work: a questionnaire, a working session, and a written report with three ranked opportunities and a recommended first step.
What happens after I pay?
You get a booking link for the session and the short questionnaire. The written report arrives within five business days of the session.
What if the report isn't useful to me?
Tell us, and we redo it. The goal is a plan you can act on.
Do I have to hire you to do the work?
No. The report is yours to use however you like. If you do start a project with us within 60 days, the full $600 comes off it.
Where do you work?
