You'll know the number before we start.
Implementation work is time and materials with a not-to-exceed cap, quoted in writing. The website review, the paid audit, and AI strategy are fixed fees. We start small and scope the next project only after the first one works.
Companies of 50 to 500 people and grant-funded programs: the work is quoted as a fixed fee or in fixed-fee phases, in writing after a first call. We can invoice against your purchase order, payable by ACH or check.
For a small business, a full AI readiness assessment from a consulting firm runs $2,500 to $5,000. A short written audit like ours, from an independent practice, runs $300 to $1,500. Ours is $600, and everything you pay for it is credited toward your first implementation project if you start it within 60 days of the audit.

We get on a call (or sit down, if you're near Portland) and look at how you actually work. You leave with a plain-English read on where AI fits, where it doesn't, and what the first project would cost. No invoice, no obligation.

Our standard rate is $150 an hour. Ongoing advisory runs on a three-month commitment. Projects are quoted after the free consult, because a three-hour build and a month-long integration aren't the same job.
