Service: Search and AI Visibility
Where do you show up in Google and in AI answers? In writing.
When someone asks Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity for a business like yours, either you come up or someone else does. Most owners have never checked. The baseline checks, twice, and tells you the five things to change first.
$250 for the baseline, one time. $500 for the 90-day program: the baseline plus two rechecks that say what moved. You, or your web person, make the changes. Nathan reviews every report before it goes out.
What it costs.

What the baseline checks.
First, your site, the way Google reads it: whether it can be crawled, whether every page says what it is, whether the AI crawlers are allowed in, whether anyone is measuring, and whether the facts about your business are stated once and consistently. It is the same checklist we run before touching a client's site, and you can see a free version of it on our labs site any time.
Then the part nobody can see from a dashboard: twelve questions a real customer would ask, put to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Mode. Each question is asked twice, because these answers change from run to run and a single run proves little. You get the answer tables: whether you were named, who was named instead, and which websites and listings the answers drew on.
Last, a ranked list of the five changes to make first, written so you can hand it to whoever manages your site. Where the wrong facts in an AI answer come from a directory listing rather than your site, which is most of the time, the list says which listing.
The 90-day program.
The baseline, then two rechecks at day 30 and day 60. Each recheck asks the same twelve questions of the same five engines, twice, and compares the answers to the baseline. The report says what moved, what did not, and the next five changes.
Everything lives on one page made for you: your site score over time, the answer tables from each report, and the fix list with every item marked done or not. Nothing to log into. The link is yours to share with your web person.
If nothing has changed by day 30 because the fixes have not been made yet, the report says that plainly and re-ranks the list. It does not pad.
Done from outside, unless you let us in.
The report is built from what anyone can see: your site, your listings, and the engines' answers. That is most of it.
A few checks need a login: Search Console, Google Analytics, and your Google Business Profile. If you add nathan@spearworksai.com as a user on each, the report covers those too. The confirmation email after payment says how. Skip it and the report says which checks it could not run, rather than guessing.
What this is not.
It is a report, not the work. We tell you what to change and why; you or your web person make the changes. If you would rather have it done for you, the monthly search plans are the next step, and both report fees are credited toward the setup.
There is no ranking guarantee in it, because nobody can honestly make one. What you get is a measured starting line, a clear list, and a second and third measurement to show what the changes did.
What you get.
- What's included
- A technical read of your site against the same checklist we run before touching a client's site: whether Google can crawl it, whether each page says what it is, whether AI crawlers are allowed in, and whether anyone is measuring. Then the AI answer baseline: twelve real customer questions asked of ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Mode, twice, with whether you were named, who was named instead, and which listings the answers drew on. Then a ranked list of the five changes to make first, specific enough to hand to your web person. It is done from outside; a short optional step lets us into Search Console, Analytics and your Business Profile for the checks that need a login.
- Who it's for
- Owners who want to know, in writing, whether customers can find them in Google and in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, before paying anyone to fix it. Also the right first step before a search plan, so the plan starts from measured ground.
- How long
- Your report page and a PDF within 5 business days of payment.
FAQ
Questions about the visibility reports.
- What do I actually get?
- A page made for you on our labs site plus a PDF. On it: your site score with every pass and fail explained, the AI answer tables for twelve customer questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Mode, who was named instead of you, and a ranked list of the five changes to make first.
- Why are the questions asked twice?
- Because AI answers vary from one run to the next. Asking twice, minutes apart, separates a real pattern from a one-off. The rechecks in the 90-day program do the same, so a change in the answers is more likely to mean something.
- Do I need to give you any logins?
- No. The report is done from outside by default. If you want the checks that need a login, add nathan@spearworksai.com as a user on Search Console, Google Analytics and your Google Business Profile after you pay, and reply to the confirmation email.
- Will you make the changes?
- Not in these two. They are reports, and the fix list is written so your web person can act on it. If you want the work done for you, the monthly search plans are the next step, and the $250 or $500 you paid is credited toward the setup if you start within 60 days.
- How is the baseline different from the website review?
- The $150 website review is a person going through your key pages by hand: broken links, typos, forms that do not deliver, a phone number that does not tap to call. The $250 baseline is about being found: what Google can read, what the AI engines say when asked, and what to change so the answer is you.
- Where are you based, and where do you work?
- Based in Clackamas, Oregon. We work remotely with businesses across the United States. Both reports are done remotely for everyone.
