When we're not the right fit.

We'd rather tell you up front than waste your time. We're probably not your people if:

  • You want to replace staff with AI. Our work is about buying back hours for the team you have, not cutting it.
  • You've already picked a tool and just want hands to install it. We start by checking whether it actually fits. If you don't want that step, a freelancer will be cheaper.
  • You're shopping for the lowest possible price. We bill fairly with a cap. We're not the cheapest, and we won't pretend to be.
  • You need a full-time IT department or a 24/7 help desk. We do focused projects, training, and on-call advice, not day-to-day operations.
  • You want a customer-facing bot that pretends to be a person. We've watched those backfire. We'll talk you out of it.
