We're tool-agnostic and recommend the setup that fits your existing stack. If your software is on the older side, we'll work around it with general-purpose tools.
- Will AI feel impersonal to my members?
- Only if you use it that way. The setups we recommend keep the human in the loop: AI drafts, owner or staff reviews before sending. Members get more personalized communication than they'd get without AI, not less, because there's enough time to actually write the message. The trick is using AI for the draft and the data, not for the voice.
- What does this cost for a small gym?
