Spearworks AI

Industry: Chiropractic and physical therapy practices

AI for chiropractic and physical therapy practices.

We work with chiropractic and physical therapy practices across the Portland metro area and Southwest Washington, including 1-to-3 provider practices with a small support staff. Our work stays on the side of the practice that never touches a patient record: how new patients find you, your reviews and Google Business Profile, your team's use of AI, and the administrative work around the practice.

We are not clinicians, and we do not handle patient information. Intake, insurance verification, recall, and anything else involving Protected Health Information belongs in your EHR or practice management system, under that vendor's agreement with you. We can help you evaluate those tools, but we do not set them up or work with the data.

Where the hours go.

These are common recurring time sinks for chiropractic and physical therapy practices in our service area.

  • New patients searching for a chiropractor or physical therapist nearby find the practice down the street first.
  • Online reviews and Google Business Profile sit unmanaged.
  • Staff are already using ChatGPT, and nobody has written down what is and isn't allowed.
  • It is hard to tell which EHR add-ons and patient communication tools are worth paying for.
  • Job posts, SOPs, and vendor paperwork eat time the owner does not have.

Where AI actually fits.

The specific projects we offer chiropractic and physical therapy practices. Each is scoped, quoted in writing, and capped at a not-to-exceed price.

Search and AI visibility

Getting the practice found when someone searches for a chiropractor or physical therapist nearby, or asks an AI for a recommendation: Google Business Profile, site structure, schema, and local citations.

Review requests

Putting the direct review link where happy patients will use it and building a steady review-request habit. Review replies stay with you, because a public reply that confirms someone is a patient can itself be a privacy problem.

Staff AI policy and training

A one-page policy on what AI can and cannot touch in your office, plus live, hands-on training, in person or on Google Meet, so your team uses AI for the non-clinical work without putting patient information into it.

Choosing patient-side tools

If you want automation for intake, reminders, or recall, the right route is usually a feature of your EHR or practice management system (ChiroTouch, Genesis, WebPT, Practice Perfect, Jane) or a vendor that signs its own agreement with you. We help you compare them. We do not configure them or handle the data.

Back-office admin

Job postings, SOPs, vendor comparisons, and internal documents that never involve a patient record.

What this isn't for.

Where AI isn't the right answer in this industry. Knowing this up front saves everyone time.

  • Clinical decisions, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always the licensed provider.
  • Anything that touches patient information. That stays with your EHR vendor and your compliance partner.
  • Replacing the hands-on relationship that's the core of chiropractic and PT.

FAQ

Questions from chiropractic and physical therapy practices.

Do you work with patient information?
No. We keep our work to the parts of the practice that never involve a patient record: search visibility, review requests, staff training, and administrative work. Anything involving Protected Health Information belongs with your EHR vendor and your compliance partner.
Does AI work with my EHR?
Many EHRs now ship their own AI features for intake, notes, and reminders, covered by the agreement you already have with the vendor. That is usually the right place for anything involving patients. We can help you judge whether a feature is worth turning on, but setting it up and working with the records stays with you and the vendor.
Can our office use ChatGPT at all?
For work that never includes patient information, yes: job posts, policies, marketing copy, and vendor emails. The rule we write into your policy is simple: nothing from a chart, and no patient names, goes into a general AI tool. Your compliance partner should confirm the policy.
